The staff is often commended for their excellent customer service, with one reviewer highlighting the patience and care shown by a shift leader who was understaffed. Another reviewer expressed gratitude for the employees who went out of their way to help with a personal matter, making the customer feel "like family." The restaurant is also praised for its cleanliness, earning a perfect 100 sanitation score.
