“The food was still hot when we got back home in morganton. The flounder I got, the pieces were meatie and so good. I love their flounder. Salt and pepper catfish my husband got was good too. Looked so good when I opened the box I could not wait to get to eating! lol check them out!”

“Right off of exit 113 on I-40 a few miles east of Morganton. We hit this place often when travelling to see family. Country grill--Burgers, chicken sandwiches, steak sandwiches, fries, etc. all on homemade buns. Low prices! Baked goods at cheap prices. The coconut pie is outstanding. Cookies are good too. The chocolate meringue pie in the cold case looks outstanding, haven't tried it yet but it's on the list. Breads, rolls, pies, cakes. Mini-pies too. Fast, good, cheap and sweet country service.”

“Food was what you could expect from your 'run- of- the-mill" Taco Bell restaurant. The cool thing is that they not only gave us all the food we ordered and had it ready within a minute (we were there at 1 am too) but they also tossed in 3 other food items that we hadn't ordered without any sort of explanation. They also aren't shy with the sauce. Not even a tiny bit. I asked for a little mild sauce for the 4 soft tacos and 3 other things we ordered and the woman put in the most insane handful you'd have ever seen had you witnessed it. I counted the mild sauces out of sheer curiosity and to my amazement, this woman had supplied us with FIFTY-FOUR......AGAIN,(54) mild sauces. I'll never again pay for heat flavored seasoning without the spice again. After this encounter it'd be stupid to waste that money when I have a lifetime supply thanks to an altruistic Taco Bell employee.”

“Hahahahahaha...if this Bojangles doesn't satisfy you, you are unable to be satisfied.They are always properly staffed. Their wait times are small and the the food is on point. Not once have I saw "rude" so it's possible it was just meant towards you. You get back what you put out, just sayinY'all have a fantastic day!”

“To start off this review, upon walking up to the establishment, all you could smell was a smoke pit which gave me huge confidence that these people know what they are doing. You order the food at the register, pay for it, and then they seat you which is cool, I prefer to pay pre meal so I dont need to wait around for a check. Not that it would have been an issue because our waitress was on top of our drinks like a hawk. We ordered the ribs and brisket. The ribs were fall off the bone and full of smoke which was amazing. The brisket was slightly moist which is very impressive for most briskets. I find usually, most bbq place's brisket is very dry, texas was the only place that I ever found a melt in your mouth soaked with fat brisket. This place definetely doesn't beat texas bbq, but, its some of the best I have had other than texas. So all in all this place gets a 5 star from me, would definetely return.”

“I had the brisket and ribs combo with homemade peach cobbler. It was wonderful the ribs and brisket were so tender and had a thick bark flavorful from the smoke. The cobbler was also amazing.”

“This cafe is AWESOME! I saw the sign across the street after getting my teeth cleaned, lol, and I decided to stop. The ladies were sooo friendly and gave the best recommendations. My iced latte was a special, off-the-menu creation, and it was so good! Way better than Starbucks! And the home-made pastries were amazingly delicious and pretty. I wanted to try all of them! I highly recommend the 3 Little Chicks, and I will definitely visit the next time I'm in the area - such a cute cafe, nice ambiance, a large variety of treats, and they have mini golf! Would be a great hang-out; I just wish I lived nearby!”

“We went with a group of 17 people. They had 2 waitresses for our group and they were very attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that I thought dessert was a little expensive, but drinks were cheaper than some places so that made it okay in the long run. ”

“You may wait longer in this drive through than anywhere else - because your food hasn't been sitting under warming lights. They don't cook much ahead, so your order is fresh. My favorite is their monster burger and onion rings with a peach shake. This is a local treasure.”

I had the Carmel machiato hot, with so many options that I can not remember them all. :) It was the best coffee I have ever had! “Here's is the deal I've eaten at a lot a of food trucks, tacos are my favorite food I've tried about 8 different resturants since moving back to lenior a couple months ago. So far this truck hands down has had the best tacos in the area... the pastor tacos had a great flavor not to sweet which has been the running trend everywhere... the asada tacos were also very good and the portions amounts were on point. I have a hard time with the spicy sauces as I grow older and I must say they had the best green Verde sauce (tomatillo based) that I've had in a hot minute I was able to enjoy the flavor with out being overwhelmed by the spice they get 5 stars and 2bthumbs up from this 5aco fiend!!! I will be ordering here again!”

“It was our first visit to the angus steakhouse in hickory, nc. It was the best dine in experience we have EVER encountered. It felt like a true small town steakhouse. The staff were super friendly, they came around frequently talking to each table. You can tell they truly enjoy their job and the customers. The food was quick to come out and so fresh. I highly recommend, and we will return without question. The owner and staff really pour their heart into that restaurant!”

My compliments to the chef!Also got a side of pintos and coleslaw with cornbread. Plenty of side orders to choose from, and they serve Cheerwine to drink.Amazing food at very affordable prices! “Thus place was so unique the kids and adults loved it! The waitress came back 4 times to check on us we alwayse had refills and the food came out fast and hot. For four of us to eat three of which were regular adult meals and one kids meal was 60.00 very reasonable for the quality of food and portions you get. If you get a chance to go get the potatoe salad it's homemade and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience.”

“My husband and I just tried this place for the first time. We both got ribeyes, which they usually only serve on Fridays, but they had some available so they let us have them on a Wednesday. Food was good and served was great. It’s very well decorated with a nice environment. We’ll be back to try their brisket next time.”

“One of my favorites in the Valdese area. Generous portions, uniquely delicious sides. Really love the steak soup (I think that's what it's called). shrimp and grits, Philly steak and cheese, lots of delicious choices of americana's best. Friendly service.4 starts on service cuz they can be a little slow and on atmosphere cuz it's a little noisy but I still love it!”

“My favorite Latin place to eat at in Hickory (technically Long View). I haven't tried everything on the menu yet but now that I work 5 minutes away I'll be coming here more. It's quiet inside and the food is great. My only complaint is I didn't order enough food! ”

“Restaurant was clean, service fast and food was hot and tasted ok. Everything was going well until I was asked to pay at table. Waiter asked if card or cash and I said debit. He then runs card through handheld. I noticed 4% credit card surcharge and explained I did not use a credit card and it is illegal to charge for debit, as it's considered same as cash. He stared his English wasn't good and couldn't understand. I called the NC Consumer Financial Compliannce department to alert them. Restaurants need to understand they can lose the ability to accept cards if they continue this process.”
