I had the Carmel machiato hot, with so many options that I can not remember them all. :) It was the best coffee I have ever had! “My husband and I stopped by for the first time and went to the drive through. There's not a menu on the right side of the building but the ladies gave us a paper menu and were super helpful while we decided what to order. Service was quick, the ladies were very friendly and the coffees were great, we will definitely be back!”

“My husband and I just tried this place for the first time. We both got ribeyes, which they usually only serve on Fridays, but they had some available so they let us have them on a Wednesday. Food was good and served was great. It’s very well decorated with a nice environment. We’ll be back to try their brisket next time.”

“I have lived in the hudson sawmills area for around 6 years and have never tried their food until today. I wish I would have earlier, I have been going to sawmills Cafe for breakfast and needless to say this breakfast blows that place out of the water! BEST BREAKFAST IN AROUND HANDS DOWN!! “We have stopping here for years. Best bbq hands down wish there was a more broad menu burgers, chicken etc... Still better than any other place I have been and I have not traveled alot but I have been to the surrounding states and they blow everybody out of the water.”

“Sitting here eating the best burger in the area, huge hand made patties, fresh burger meat, a giant burger with all the goodies and it doesn't fall apart as you eat it. I got the big ol bacon burger. 2 homemade sides (slaw and cowboy beans) were very tasty. Highly recommended and will be back on a regular.”

“We had a wonderful dinner experience. It was my 10 year old granddaughter and 11 year old grandson's first time trying sushi. I recommend the California roll for the beginning. They liked it and the Philly roll, but at the end, they ate the chicken hibachi and shrimp hibachi, which they loved. Customer service was good and it was a clean restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I took my 10 - and 11 year old grandchildren, and they enjoyed it.”

“OK, had to write this review because of the coffee! The BK in Lenoir sells diluted coffee (as does the McDonalds), so I would buy my coffee next door at the Wendy's.This morning, however, we decided to use a breakfast coupon that included sandwiches, fries and a large cup of coffee. I already had a tea from home, and never opened the coffee to put in the cream and sugar figuring it was likely the diluted stuff they pass out in Lenoir.When I got to my destination outside of Charlotte, I left the coffee in the truck and went about my business completing several tasks before running out of tea. I decided to try the coffee.It was still somewhat warm, but I had a microwaver, so 'no sweat.' I opened the container and it was BLACK COFFEE! It took three creamers and as many sugars and would make Starbucks proud!I had my wife take a taste - because I was surprised. She was as well. It's out of the way most times, but it's going to be my Southbound breakfast stop as long as they have serious coffee!I gave the service and 'atmosphere' fewer stars 'cause I think they were short handed and a bit abrupt and the atmosphere was a drive-up lane - how many stars can you give a drive-up lane?”

“To start off this review, upon walking up to the establishment, all you could smell was a smoke pit which gave me huge confidence that these people know what they are doing. You order the food at the register, pay for it, and then they seat you which is cool, I prefer to pay pre meal so I dont need to wait around for a check. Not that it would have been an issue because our waitress was on top of our drinks like a hawk. We ordered the ribs and brisket. The ribs were fall off the bone and full of smoke which was amazing. The brisket was slightly moist which is very impressive for most briskets. I find usually, most bbq place's brisket is very dry, texas was the only place that I ever found a melt in your mouth soaked with fat brisket. This place definetely doesn't beat texas bbq, but, its some of the best I have had other than texas. So all in all this place gets a 5 star from me, would definetely return.”

“We went with a group of 17 people. They had 2 waitresses for our group and they were very attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that I thought dessert was a little expensive, but drinks were cheaper than some places so that made it okay in the long run. ”
