Great tasting pizza and great salads
Stopped by the filling station after a nice day trip to blowing rock. I have to say it was the best decision we made. The filling station is an exceptional brewery. Beers were delicious. The wood fired oven baked. Pizza were incredible so many different types. I had the barbecue chicken. It was fantastic. Happy Valley Filling Station is a charming restaurant located in a former filling station, blending 50s era nostalgia with rustic and industrial elements. It serves delicious food, including fresh baked personal pizza like the Roni with pineapple and hot honey or the Thanksgiving special pizza. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very kind, creating a super chill atmosphere perfect for family nights out or dates. The beers brewed on-site are excellent, with amazing choices, and the lounge next door looks really chill. The Greenway next to it offers a great little walking path along the Yadkin, with plenty of access to fish. A solid Must Stop!
