“We have eaten carry out here for years and loved it. Today we tried to dine in. They were busy and understaffed. I had to ask for our soups and salads after waiting 30 min. The soup was cold. The brought us hot ones right away. 15 more min passes and no server or food. I asked another waitress to help us. She said the food would be right out. 20 minutes after that, we had just had it with no explanation or food. We left after an hour of waiting. We took our untouched food in to go boxes bc we didn't want to sit there any longer. People were getting seated and served way after us. No compensation was offered. Very disappointing.“

“I decide to try this out after a walk in the park nearby and was extremely impressed with the quality and service. The staff were extremely friendly and gave great service. Not to mention the prices are completely fair and not crazy expensive. I will absolutely be coming here again“

“Today placed an order online. Got my total, time to pickup and off my husband went to get our dinner. Pulled up to get food, empty parking lot, no one at window to get food from, sign on door said closed for the day for remodeling. NOTHING on page saying you are closed, even said you are open till 10pm! What the hell?! Somebody is going to fix this issue! And not just with a free appetizer!“

“We have been coming to best wok since 2001 it has been the best chinese fast food since I have been eating Chinese food.
..I grew up in the sardis rd area in 2000 and when we left the hospital in mattews after having my baby in 2010 my 1st meal was best wok II...... I get the chicken mixed vegatable and its amazing and my husband gets the extra spicy hunan beef....the owner remembers us everytime!!! We love bestwok II!!“

“The buns were too soft and it seems they grill them and push them flat when you have a large size burger the bread tends to fall apart also the fries could have been cooked harder The floors are slippery as well“
