Kids working there just didn't pay much attention to making sure our food was made correctly, because they were distracted by the conversation they were having at the time. Food wasn't bad, just not made as requested.
sandwich very soggy. Ordered it with no onions but it was drenched with onions and very salty. This is the first bad order I had with Firehouse Subs. It was my first time trying the Indian Trail restaurant.

I love the food, the service, the atmosphere, but.... What is with the iced tea at both the Monroe and the Indian Trail locations? It is tasteless ... as if a brown dye were mixed with water. Please consider an up-grade, and I'll be all stars in the review!
