I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent McDonald’s order, as the 13-tote cookie I specifically requested and paid for was inexplicably omitted. This oversight was exceedingly inconvenient and disappointing, particularly because I reasonably expected my order to be meticulously reviewed for accuracy before being handed to me. While I acknowledge that occasional mistakes may occur, customers should not be deprived of items they have already purchased....read full review
Phill was very kind and helpful
Overall the food here is just decent. When I go even if there is no line sometimes they’ll make me wait in a parking spot for my food. It’s empty most of the time which is shocking on why my wait is always so long. The food taste weird at times and sometimes they’ll burgers are overcooked. The fries are amazing here though so I do recommend going for the fries but the wait and burgers are not worth it.

McDonald's is highly recommended for its polite staff and excellent service. Despite minor mistakes, the crew, especially Mishi, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The experience is described as first class, with hot fries and fresh ice cream making customers happy. The staff, including Chrissy, is praised for their exceptional service, making it one of the best experiences for customers. Customers also note that the restaurant has improved significantly over the years, with accurate food orders and smooth service. While there have been occasional issues with associates not paying attention, recent visits show a much better atmosphere. Long lines and old fries have been replaced with perfect fries and friendly, attentive service that rivals other popular fast-food chains. Overall, this McDonald's now offers a much better dining experience.
