The staff was polite but not help full at all. The two who were clearing swept the front then just sat by the bathroom talkng till they saw anther staff member. The only one actually working was Mishi (I think that how you spell it). He took my order when the kiosk won't work, he was very apologetic when he realized we didn't have our drinks, he was extra nice and he was also running order out to the cars the whole time. He said he just started but he was amazing.

Chrissy, and the whole crew today at McDonald's were first class! I received excellent hot fries and I also even waited for fresh ice cream and it couldn't have even been any better. I think this is one of the best experiences I've had when I was able to make my Father smile by getting his ice cream. First class ran and first class 5 star!

The managers treat their employees like cattle to be prodded, and the resulting poor customer service has become systemically ingrained in each service experience I've had here. This is an abysmal place and the food is bad for your soul.

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 baskets of fries. We paid almost $5 for each. We ended receiving 2 medium fries and the woman said that thats what we ordered. We handed the receipt to her and she called someone else. The other woman came with a bad attitude saying that they no longer sell baskets of fries and that Medium fries are the same price as a basket of fries while laughing at us. We felt horrible and humiliated without being at fault. We simply left.

I went and ordered a Shamrock shake and was told it is not an option anymore. The promotion was over. How is the promo over before the actual Holiday happens? Food today was cold..well the burgers. Sometimes they are on a lot of times they are not.
Unbelievable I ordered on the app and arrived. Stood around for five minutes for my food. Finally I seen someone and asked yhem where my order is. Well they could not find my order. Two other people came up and picked up their orders within minutes of arriving. Ten minutes later I am still waiting on my order.

They took 25 minutes to take my order through the drive thru and and the guy at the drive thru was talking so low I couldn’t even hear. They also took an additional 15 minutes to give me my food.

I have yet to use this drive-through and not be placed in a queue to have my meal delivered, which normally takes fifteen minutes. They told me they had six pies ready when I placed my order for one happy meal and six apple pies at 7 p.m. tonight. They brought my food to the spot after I waited for fifteen minutes, but I didn't notice until I got home that they had only given me three pies. Bad encounters are almost usually had here; I wish there was another McDonald's nearby.
