One of the best drive-thrus I've ever been through no matter the fast food joint. Extremely polite, and nice with a smile that did not seem fake or forced. Visited drive thru last night arpund 9:30 pm and was impressed with the effort of the sole manager working the drive thru and making/assembling the orders. Her entire staff reported out of work. We could see her frustration. However, her tone of voice and patience are to be commended under the circumstances. Care and work ethic of this kind is, unfortunately, rarely found!!!! At least when I went there at 11pm, I did get good service. It was not fast, but the ONLY person there was at least courteous and professional. I would complain but the McDonald’s next door closed their drive through on me, so at least I was able to get something from Taco Bell. On that note, why is there only ONE PERSON manning the entire drive through in February 2024. Crazy!
