At least when I went there at 11pm, I did get good service. It was not fast, but the ONLY person there was at least courteous and professional. I would complain but the McDonald’s next door closed their drive through on me, so at least I was able to get something from Taco Bell. On that note, why is there only ONE PERSON manning the entire drive through in February 2024. Crazy!
Not sure what the issue was for the service tonight. We came on 1/28 at 11pm and got amazing service, piping hot food, and friendly service. We found ourselves needing dinner late again after work so we stopped by this Taco Bell location again because we had just had a 5 star experience the night before. We waited at the speaker for a few minutes and no one said anything. We finally said “hello” and a voice on the speaker immediately answered that they were closed. Odd because this. Location closed at 1am. Why not say that when the cars pull up or cut the lights off so people know you’re not in operation? Not a good experience. As you drive around you see staff in the lobby. Whoever was working the night shift on 1/28 bring them back and have them train the rest of the staff because they do it right!

Always check your order. If you forget one time that will be the time they get it wrong. They don't like to be corrected. They are usually in the right though.
Visited drive thru last night arpund 9:30 pm and was impressed with the effort of the sole manager working the drive thru and making/assembling the orders. Her entire staff reported out of work. We could see her frustration. However, her tone of voice and patience are to be commended under the circumstances. Care and work ethic of this kind is, unfortunately, rarely found!!!!
