So I kind of gave up on this Sub shop for a while but returned to it recently. Glad I did, after trying another old standard Sub place this was so much better, so Not sure if they just revitalized it or got new management or what but the sandwiches were delicious ! We had three different kinds and asked for the extra large which made them a little more expensive but totally worth it! Chock full of meat and cheese and fresh bread ! Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter. The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error and the managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte.

We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. I applaud the staff, the training and the manger. Thanks for a great experience!
