“We’ve been to Traust twice now for karaoke nights, both times were great!! We had a birthday dinner there with about 25 people in our party, and Megan held it down!! She did awesome at keeping everyone’s drinks full and taking orders as people rolled in. She was attentive and friendly. Last night there was some drama with a strange man dancing around and trying to talk to our kids. Once I mentioned it to our server, she and several other staff members IMMEDIATELY ran this guy off. They do NOT play when it comes to child safety.“

“Our first visit was today. The food was amazing and the Manager that was working the afternoon was amazing. The Manager stepped up and came our waitress she filled our drinks and brought our bill. Our Waitress we had was horrible she never once refilled our drinks. She only took our order and delivered it to us. We did leave a tip which should go to the Manager. “We've become big fans for Brewers At 4001 Yancey. Nice food menu and the quality is top notch. A large, diverse selection of beers with options to suit any palate. Most notably, it's evident by the staff that they place a strong emphasis on customer service and experience. Very friendly and always helpful with recommendations. It's a huge space with plenty of room inside and out. Well worth a visit in Charlotte's LoSo neighborhood.“

“Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. If the situation is not addressed, I will be calling the health department on this location.“

“OMB LoSo hosted the Celebration of Life event for my late wife. I worked with Emily to make all of the arrangements and to select food and beverage options. The process could not have been easier. The information I needed was readily available.

The event itself exceeded my expectations. Their staff took excellent care of us. Most of the roughly 60 guests provided highly favorable comments to me about this event. None of them offered any complaints.

“If you have not been to Southern Tier Brewing yet you really should check it out. The seating situation alone is great. You can sit outside, inside, or in this cool in between space where they open up these big doors. They even have a little fenced in dog area which is awesome if you are bringing your pup.
They have a rotating menu and rotating drinks which keeps it fun. And even though it is a brewery they have beer, wine, cocktails, ciders, all of it. I have tried the spirit flight, cocktails, ciders, and honestly have not had a single bad thing yet food or drink wise.
The staff is always friendly and always ready to give you recommendations so ask them, they know their stuff. It can get busy and a little loud at times but even then the service stays great. Overall just good vibes every time I go. Highly recommend.“
