“Visiting this restaurant for the 1st time during their 1 year anniversary was a nice combination. Their free sampler plate (Mac-n-cheese, cauliflower wings, meatless meatloaf, jackfruit barbecue and chicken fried shrooms) was a perfect way to try their awesome menu. Everything was flavorful with a nice texture. Also, I enjoyed their delicious berry smoothie sweetened with dates. Topping everything off with their desserts, Moscato cakes (plain and Blueberry) and sweet potato pie, was a must.“

We had no idea what we were walking into, wanted to try a Kava place after hearing about it from friends, the Kava is delicious and relaxing (I had 3) but what makes this place really special is the people. The owners, the activites (check their website for music trivia, karaoke). This is a great contrast to today's modern world of bars where no one interacts with each other, and everyone just gets tipsy and then leaves. This is a special place where humans interact with other humans. Wish I didn't live an hour away, but I'll still be back <3“

“This was our first visit and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it. We created our pizza with sausage,pepperoni and onions...DELICIOUS we also had the garlic parm wings which were made perfectly...so good I forgot to take a picture. All ingredients are fresh and your pizza is made to order. ...their service is kinda slow but it's worth the wait.“

“We visited twice prior to using facility last night for an event. Everything was perfect. Appetizers of fried broccoli, toast points with pimento cheese were delicious. The event space was nearly perfect. The only small issue we had was acoustics in the meeting room. Service was very good and timely. Brian the bartender was awesome and get the wine glasses full. I highly recommend Noble Smoke for the food and service.“

“Full disclosure I know the owners. That being said I have been active in the craft beer scene in a different state for a long time and Lower Left reminds me of the exciting early day of craft brewing. A local brewery, laidback vibes, run by folks that want to make a good product and have a fun time doing it. The beers well made, and the selection is stellar for such a small brew house. They really shine with IPAs, but have some amazing rotating beers (including a Key Lime Pie beer that is in my top 10 list). So bring your spouse, kids, in-laws, dogs, cats and head over to Lower Left for a solid beer and good times.“

“Yesterday my husband and I had a 3pm reservation… Jacob was our tour guide and he was professional, interesting to listen to and had ALOT of knowledge of wines/ whiskey and the history of the establishment. What I liked best about the tour was how we didn’t feel rushed and he was patient while we were taking photos to show our good time. The establishment was clean, smelled great and has an affordable tour fee. We live in Virginia so having this great experience while on our Valentines “ rondevous” was amazing.Thanks Jacob! “My fiancee and I have been to Tasty at least 4 or 5 times since they've been open. We have always had an amazing experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and quick to fix any mistakes. The food and drinks have always been stellar (try the Tasty Latte, you won't regret it). We have tried quite a few of the menu options, and highly recommend the burgers, the breakfast bowl, the hummus, and the spicy feta dip. So thankful that such a great place opened up two minutes from our house. We'll definitely be spending a lot of time there!“

“When I used to live in the city few years ago I used to rave about how all of the Charlotte breweries couldn’t hold a candle to the charcuterie at Lenny Boy - always with two rotating, high quality cheeses and lots of other selections.We would go frequently and I would always order it.This last time we went it was the same price as it had been for a plate that consisted of one cheese, a few crackers, a sparse amount of salami, a slice or two of prosciutto, some oats? and raisins, with Dijon mustard.Super disappointed in the noticeable drop in quality. Still a huge fan of their kombuchas and atmosphere - so I can’t exactly give them a low rating here - but hate to see something that really made them stand out to me so drastically change because Lenny boy was always 5 stars in my book!I would genuinely be willing to pay more for a higher quality selection and am leaving this here for the powers that be to consider :)“

“The beer is quite good. The atmosphere is industrial typical. It is often crowded though usually there are seats. I haven't tried the food, so I can't comment. This is not a good place to have a conversation between more than two or three people. With loud music and other people, it is hard to hear without shouting.“

“Charlotte's oldest brewery and one of the largest.They have a pub along with a huge beer garden.Fun place to visit with a combination of Southern hospitality and German brewing.It was not too crowded on a Sunday night so there was no problem with seating.Tried their Captain Jack Pilsner. A light lager ..4.8 ABV.Also tried their 2 sausage sampler that came with potato salad,sauerkraut and a brotchen roll. We sampled the Krakow sausage which was like a Polish and Weisswurst which was a light German style sausage. Platter is big enough to share.Plenty of parking.Definitely worth a stop when in Charlotte.“

“First time here, found F & B & decided to order coffee & try a few desserts. Wasn't crazy about the coffee but it may have been just what we ordered. Might try something different next time. But OMG The desserts soooo good!!! Everything we got was the best we have had in a long time! We got the pb cup cheesecake, buckeye brownie & chocolate cake!! My husband had a hard time deciding which one was his favorite and I have to agree! However, I am partial to double chocolate cake! “This is an amazing sports bar, with craft beer on tap, and crafty cocktails, wine and it's pet friendly! There is a great off leash area if you want your pup to socialize.There are volleyball courts and pool tables, along with other fun games.Great place to catch a game! “I ordered a white chocolate mocha thinking it would taste the same as other super sugared brands (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts). However, this was the BEST tasting coffee I have EVER had. They truly do make their own syrups, and it was so well balanced. I had finished it before I even made it back to my condo. I also ordered a ginger detox smoothie and it was SO yummy, fresh and smooth. On the outside the location looked a little sketchy lol but I’m so glad I tried them anyway. CupLux is now my new go-to.“

“I've come here a lot over the past few years, but now that I'm back in Charlotte for a while, I feel like this place just gets a special place in my heart. Most everyone is very kind, including staff, and it's just a great place to be. Last time my sister and I came here a couple weeks ago, we were welcomed and were able to pet so many dogs. My own dog died in October and it just hasn't been the right time to get another dog in my heart. But I can still come to Lucky Dog and grab a drink while playing and petting other people's dogs with no judgement, just happiness. For ambiance, it's just a very kind place to go to where dog people unite. I usually get beer or kombucha here, and there's actually a really yummy non-alcoholic lavender lemon kombucha by Lenny Boy there for anyone looking for something non-alcoholic other than water. You can also play games like "what do you meme" or "jenga" here with friends, which is really fun. But also if you come by yourself just looking to pet some dogs, most people are very kind and don't care. They know that some people either can't have a dog right now, or their dog probably recently died. So it's my favorite dog bar in Charlotte because I feel like most everyone here, customers and staff, are pretty kind, and want you to pet their dog if their dog is sociable, without judgement. Will come back here again and again.“

“Super chill laid back spot that has the most flavorful pho you've ever had. I had the sauteed garlic noodles with pork, too good. The broth is perfect, the veggies and noodles are fresh and the meat has this delightful char that is to die for. 11/10 would go again.“

“Wife and I discovered this place by accident. We’re European and have both traveled extensively through the Greek isles. We were astounded to find such incredible Greek cuisine in Belmont, NC of all places. We especially recommend the octopus. The food is not “cheap” but absolutely worth it.“
