“Service was a bit slow, food came out lukewarm/cold. Coffee wasn't good. Wish people knew about water filters and making good coffee.
Bacon and hash browns were terrific. Eggs cold. French toast was great. Belgian waffle was overcooked and cold.
Server was pleasant. Breakfast served all day.

“Our first visit was today. The food was amazing and the Manager that was working the afternoon was amazing. The Manager stepped up and came our waitress she filled our drinks and brought our bill. Our Waitress we had was horrible she never once refilled our drinks. She only took our order and delivered it to us. We did leave a tip which should go to the Manager. We will visit again just hope we have a different waitress.“

“Visiting Charlotte from New Hampshire, but had scouted out this place before we came. Interestingly enough, it appeared on the list of recommended places from our Airbnb hosts as well. We are very into the farm to table movement, big time Farmers market shoppers ourselves as well. The staff was very friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was excellent. They were very helpful in accommodating a honey allergy, even whipping up an alternative dressing for the salad we ordered. For the record, the kale salad we had was beyond exceptional. I am not exaggerating when I say that is was the best salad I have eaten in my 65 years! Recommended unconditionally. A must-stop for our next trip to Charlotte.“

“I had an amazing experience at Chex Grill & Wings in Mount Holly! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned wings with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The fries were crispy, and the portions were generous. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend it to anyone craving great wings and comfort food.“

“Overall great dining experience on an explorative family outing. The only consideration was the dessert. The Banana pudding while served up in a giant goblet of a dish was 95% cream whip. A great Banana pudding in most opinions should have either banana or cookie or both in every bite.“

“We took our XL bully here after lunch on a Sunday and man, the staff was the best. We have seen so many people tell us our dog is too big to be in public, and this place not only allowed him, but loved him. All of the staff seemed to come say hello and they were so accommodating. Kat was awesome as our server, even though she had to wait to greet us for everyone else to greet our pup. We are so grateful for the afternoon and the love shown to our big boy. They love all pups, small to XL, so go visit them and let your dog get a little extra love ❤️“

I enjoy my hot off the grill Cheesesteak today at “Chucks Cheesesteak.” I won’t say it’s the best in CLT but it’s relatively good. It’s definitely a good steak sandwich on your day off. Yes, you need to walk this off until you release. The Food Truck scared me a bit, but I watched him while he prepared the food and he has a Grade A placard. It’s definitely not rushed so, get your car washed while your steak is freshly made.“

About 1/4 of the roll had no meat on it at all. I called the restaurant to express my displeasure and was told to contact DoorDash! Well, lady, DoorDash didn't create this crap - YOU did!“

The manager who was not normally at this location but was covering stopped through to make sure not only myself and my spouse but everybody had a reasonably good experience.“

Service was relatively quick; it took about an hour to get from sitting down, taking order, receiving food, and now more than halfway done, and the seated area was almost full when I sat.

The view from the seating area is wonderful. The concourse windows are huge and overlook the American Airlines plane taxi area, and there’s a lot of foot traffic for people watching right next to the seating area.“
