“We have been going here for many years and often we order the same thing depending on time of day. This time I went for dinner and order the pecan crusted chicken sandwich which I have ordered several times before. When the food came the sandwich was cut in half. I noticed that half of the sandwich had a small cut of chicken. I thought that the chicken maybe had been cut off centered. But, as I looked at the other half of the sandwich the piece of chicken was the same small size. It literally looked like a chicken tender had been cut in half and placed on the toast. It was very disappointing. We asked the waitress about it and she took it back to the kitchen. In the end they brought us 2 more sandwiches the same way. This sandwich was not worth the money.“

“My husband and I ate there this evening for the first time. We both ordered the chimichurri and sirloin cap. It was so delicious. Best steak we have had in a long time. Service was great. We will definitely be back.“
“Quite a strange name of the place. Pelicans are avian of temperate weather zones. Snowballs are typically in a colder climate zone. So .. Mixing the two gives it a whimsical avant garde atmosphere. The kids love it. It's good.. It's a happy time and place. You must come here. Oh yes I dare say you must.“

“I have been coming here for over 25yrs. I have seen ups and downs thru the years. I have to say that management has a handle on service and food. I am happy to rewrite my review. The service is really good and the food was done just right.( the waitress commented that my meal was going to keep someone on there toes) kristie, Ashley, and Amanda are a great team. As well as the rest of the staff.“

“We ate here this past Friday and we can't wait to go back! This is a very good restaurant, with great southern and seafood cooking. The bartender, I think his name was Sam was beyond exceptional! He filled us in on the vast menu and gave us a few recommendations that were on par! He made us feel like we were at home and was very attentive to our needs. Normally, when we go out to eat we have to tell our server/bartender what we need. With Sam, he was just on top of things and was on point! We will be back and back again. Thanks SoCo for coming to York County.“

“Love the quiet vibe and the food was very tasty. Has the turkey sandwich with fruits as a side, which I must say was a breath of fresh air from the typical sides offered in America consisting of various types of fries. A little cup of assorted fruits hits the spot.“

“Ate here tonight (1/31/22) around 6 pm. Only one waitress and one cook. We were told before we were seated that only 2 were working. Our waitress was amazing. She was taking care of everyone in there. So friendly, smiling and very sweet. Order was exactly right, food was hot and good so cook was also doing a great job. Thank you to both of this girls who came to work!! Union Rd location“

“Every Monday I make the trip to the Eggs Up Grill, the menu has plenty of options and my biggest concern is deciding what to choose. The staff is outstanding and the coffee is kept topped off and hot. If you haven't been here, you are missing out on somewhere special - is my go to breakfast place!“

“Over all its a good place to eat except on Tue. and Weds. Service is poor on these days, We use to eat everyday but now we Skipp these two days. We came in last Wed. and not many people there . We went in and had three empty boots but they had plats and food still on the table and the help was standing around talking and on their phones. We set waiting in the window chairs for them to do something and almost left. I told my wife this is why we don't come on Tues. and Weds. I don't like to fuss but its sorry help on these two days as servers go.“

“Over priced, sub par food and service. last time I went. I wanted hot sub,so what did they do,put it in the microwave. As long as they have been there, and they can't be like all the sandwich places, and offer hot sandwiches. Not every one wants a cold sandwich .“

“Very nice bar and extremely clean. Really good bloody marys. I definitely recommend. My husband got the dinner special and I had an appetizer. We split them and still had leftovers. I went back by myself today just for a spicy bloody mary. Brittany was great!!!“
