“Quite a strange name of the place. Pelicans are avian of temperate weather zones. Snowballs are typically in a colder climate zone. So .. Mixing the two gives it a whimsical avant garde atmosphere. We went in and had three empty boots but they had plats and food still on the table and the help was standing around talking and on their phones. We set waiting in the window chairs for them to do something and almost left. I told my wife this is why we don't come on Tues. and Weds. I don't like to fuss but its sorry help on these two days as servers go.“
