“This is always our choice for dinner or lunch out. The service is impeccable. The food is exquisite and consistent. You can’t have a mediocre meal here. Everything from apps, salads, wine, crafted beverages, entrees to coffee and dessert is absolute perfection. The crab cakes are my go to. My family ran a crab company for over 65 years here in NC and when I tell you these are the best crab cakes you’ll ever have, I’m not kidding. Zero binder-just sweet, jumbo lump in every bite. They are to die for. You can’t miss the cast iron corn bread with cheddar, jack, and chiles either. That honey drizzle…?…Chef’s kiss! The salads are always cold, crisp, and fresh. My “can’t miss” dessert is the banana cream pie topped with caramel, chocolate sauce, and cacao nibs. The barrel cut filet is top tier as well. 131 Main knows how to offer a fabulous dining experience. We’ve never had anything but stellar service. Last night Morgan was absolutely incredible! We love her! The restrooms are always clean and well stocked. The open kitchen concept is a bit of torture-LOL Primarily because the minute you step into the restaurant, the smells are just heavenly! You see flame kissed beef, pork, or chicken on the grill and all of the fresh vegetables. We take home more than we eat because everything is so amazingly delicious. Thank to the BOH, FOH, and management for all of your hard work. I will continue recommending you to everyone I meet! The people I know are already life long customers.“

“Our waitress Rachel was so friendly and genuine in her conversation. We didn't feel like just another table to be served. There was a teen birthday party near us and the place was hopping on a beautiful day in the 70's so it was pretty loud. Padded buffers inside the booths would likely help with this. They were out of the first2 things we tried to order so that was disappointing. We were seated at 1:15 so you might want to get there earlier for access to full menu. It's good to know if you have someone with mobility challenges: there were 2 handicap spaces fairly close to the front but all others were abit away. There is no way to drop off an elderly person fairly close to the door. Options are either quite a few stairs OR a long ramp. If there are other options, I didn't see it. The food was fresh and delicious and the menu was creative and thoughtful as compared to other places in the area. We were celebrating a birthday and received a thoughtful card but no discount or free dessert as with other places. Brunch specials change each week and they all sounded good.“

The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

“First time visiting this location of Red Rocks. Saturday afternoon was very attentive. No seating inside at time of visit so was seated outdoors.. which we didn’t mind. Server was respectful and polite. Only problems was ALLLL THE FLIES. Fans were circulating above but not really near tables to serve any purpose other than moving air. Owner/manager greeted everyone which was very nice. But you really got to see what can be done with flies… you could barely get food on your fork up to your mouth before they were all over your plate or trying to get to the fork. That made for an unpleasant dining experience. I’ve never ate on any restaurants outdoor area and flies were that bad.“

I opted to use it today, when it was scanned it triggered as if it hadn’t been activated. I let Jose know I would be happy to pay for my item myself instead (no biggie, I had the card and figured I wouldn’t waste it.) Jose was very kind and friendly and said “No worries, we will take care of it! After all you did get it for a reason.”

“So delighted with service with a smile and assistance from everyone even if it was not my server. I took my grandson 14 today for his birthday at Fresh Watch Huntersville. I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. Food excellent, server I called Ebony (wrong name) smiled and brought all things requested in a timely fashion without the usual look of give me a chance. The 5ft 3 Mgr made small talk with BD boy. “I first went to Al's from a recommendation. It's in a somewhat out of the way location and I had to love the old Chevy sedan delivery parked out front. To make a long story short, I have been back there at least seven times! Everything on the menu is excellent. The service is great too. It's the kind of place where they remember what you like so you always feel welcomed and appreciated. Oh yeah - they are open every day of the year. “I’ve been going to the 29 grills since they’ve opened and all I can say is this is the best one yet so far not saying the other ones aren’t the best (because their all the best) but I’ve been coming for about 3 or 4 years now and the owner has made it over the top with this one everything from the host the service and the food is overall amazing we came got tender a salad and a bacon cheese burger and a BLT and sides etc well when I tell you this always hits the spot they know how to make it on point and everything when I say this a 10/10 I did overhear some customers asking about the glass plates for lunch and the waiter was explaining to them about them and the people were just shaking their heads because they didn’t get glass plates or real silverware well when you eat from a 29 GRILL it’s not supposed to be a steak house or anything like that it’s called a GRILL for a reason be happy with what you get and don’t pitch a fit don’t eat there if you care about what you eat on because at the end of the day food is food and your still gonna process it the way everyone else does but overall GIVING THIS PLACE A 100/10 if I could but 10/10 will do for now.“

“I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“
