Our primary waitress was Elizabeth. Her service and attitude was excellent. My wife and I will ask for her by name when we eat at Fresh Chef again. All of the other young people who served us were excellent also. The food was very good! Thank You.
Our food was outstanding, I had the salmon piccata, and my hubby had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and salad. Both were generous portions. Wait staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed talking with Sam, we remember her from the Exit 28 Fresh Chef. We will definitely be back!
I always try to support small businesses in the area but I’m extremely disappointed in the undisclosed surcharge they are adding for credit card users. “Everyone one does it” is not an acceptable excuses for raising menu prices, reducing portion sizes AND adding a surcharge. If you want to implement a surcharge, advertise it so customers know before they decide to dine, not after a meal when the check arrives. Not being upfront feels dishonest.
