“Always a great time here, they have a very full menu with lots to choose from. Old school feel but great service and the food is always fresh and hot, whether you want chicken, burgers, Italian, anything. They have almost everything you could ever want on the menu. I never regret going there, you can try something new everyday. Whether you dine in or take out it's always the best! Can be busy on the weekend so beware.“

The music can be a bit lively. We also had hookah. Good drinks. I don't remember how much my bill was so I can't comment on price. Where my chair was kinda put me in the middle of the walkway so people kept bumping me in the head. So maybe I wouldn't sit there again but nevertheless still a good time. 🤣“

It's one of the few fast food restaurants that's run by competent management. Seriously, every other fast food restaurant in this area (Huntersville, NC) has terrible service after 6:00 PM. Out of chocolate Frosties, cookies and Sprite at Wendy's, for example.

“My all time favorite place! I have enjoyed South 21 for 35 years! I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken filet sandwich fried with french fries and of course a separate order of the famous onion rings! These o-rings are the ONLY ones I eat!! The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and courteous too!! My only wish is that it wasn’t 40 minutes away, but I still visit regularly!!“

​The sandwiches we ordered were absolutely amazing—packed with flavor and perfectly made. We also tried one of their frozen alcoholic slushies; I can't remember the exact name of the blend, but it was refreshing and delicious.
​The only miss for me was the potato salad. It just wasn't up to my personal taste, and it comes with bacon in it, which wasn't for me.
​Other than that single side dish, everything else was fantastic. Great spot, and we'll definitely be back for those sandwiches and slushies!“

“Me and my wife's first time eating here today on Saturday 6/13. Service was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and willing to explain and share about the menu. Food was fresh and did not take long to prepare. They even came and got us from the car to let us know that our order was ready. We were also encouraged to check our plates to ensure that everything was correct. We appreciated that.

Food was really good. I had the seafood combo and she had chicken tips with rice + gravy. We had Mac and cheese, yams, fried okra, and greens as our sides and everything was delicious.

Only reason that we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because our hush puppies and okra were fried a bit too hard to fully enjoy. But regardless

“Service with Fee was amazing. He was very attentive and friendly. Food came quickly , however portions were kind of small for the price but the taste was good. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. No one greeted us when we walked in. After about 2 minutes we were asked “how many” then asked “do you mind sitting at the bar?” I was in disbelief she had asked that considering we had children with us. “I’ve been a loyal “Crabby Tuesday” customer at Full Moon in Concord for years, but the new pricing has made it tough to continue my weekly tradition. The All You Can Eat snow crab legs jumped from $69 to $90—a 30% increase—while the 1 1/2 lbs deal stayed at $45, and the 3 lbs option rose 10%, from $59 to $65. The 1 1/2 lbs deal is $30 per pound, the 3 lbs is $21.67 per pound, and the All You Can Eat (I ate 3 lbs) is $30 per pound. The less you eat, the more it costs per pound, which feels like it punishes lighter eaters. At $90, the crab legs aren’t top-of-the-line; they’re often smaller, not uniform, and harder to crack. I’d pay that if they were premium quality, but they’re not. I get that every batch can’t be perfect due to variables, but I expect more consistency at this price. With crab-stuffed oysters, my check hit $150, plus 18-20% gratuity, totaling $185-$190 after tipping. I can get a steak dinner for $100-$120 or a seafood buffet at the beach for $60 with better value—crab legs there are cracked well, even if it’s a four-hour drive. I didn’t notice the increase until the check—I didn’t check the board since I knew the old prices. That’s on me, but a social media announcement would’ve helped; I saw nothing on their page. Crystal (manager) said tariffs on imported seafood are driving the increase, but it doesn’t add up. If tariffs were the main cause, all crab specials should’ve risen by a similar percentage, not just the All You Can Eat by 30%, while the 1 1/2 lbs deal had no increase and the 3 lbs only went up 10%. Crystal and Darren (server) were the highlights—phenomenal! Crystal’s warmth and professionalism make every visit special; her smile and leadership make Full Moon feel like home. Darren was attentive, friendly, and a joy, keeping everything seamless with a fun energy. They’re outstanding, and the pricing isn’t their fault—they’re gold! The atmosphere is lively with bar-style seating, perfect for a crab feast, but pricing is impacting business—few ordered All You Can Eat this time. Friends at the Jamestown location also stopped ordering crab due to pricing. Maybe host “Crabby Tuesday” every other week? I’ll drop to once a month. 3/5 stars for great service but poor value“
