Owner/manager needs to learn how to give great customer service. My family ordered and paid in advance for 75 lemon pepper and 25 strawberry hot wings for Christmas Day. To our surprise, all of the lemon pepper wings were not seasoned as ordered. The owner/manager's response when contacted later wasn't customer friendly at all. We won't patronize this establishment again. My vote is "thumbs down".
The owner went above and beyond. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. I would 💯 definitely recommend this place

Based on the reviews, Chex Grill & Wings is a wonderful place with incredible service and very friendly staff. The food is amazing and top-notch, with awesome wings and fries that are cooked well done. The environment is always clean. The manager and ladies who work there are always so nice, providing intentional hospitality. Customers recommend the Chex and grill, as well as the Greek salad and 10 wings in flavors like cilantro lime and garlic parm. It is a go-to spot with the best food, and customers would definitely eat here again to try more flavors.
