The Holland was the perfect place for my sisters 60th Birthday. There is a beautiful upstairs space for private parties!
Phon was so easy to work with and the food was incredible! A delicious selection of wines and appetizers!

It was all great. Meatballs. Brussels sprouts. Burrata salad. Short rib. Burger. Even the catsup was great! All around a great night.
The braised short ribs entree is especially delicious!

The Holland Restaurant serves food described as delicious and fantastic, with dishes created with care and culinary knowledge. The menu includes a burger worth a 25 minute drive, crispy Brussels Sprouts, a meatball flight, salmon, filet, short ribs, lettuce wraps, and roasted chicken. The short rib is called the best in NC. The fries are made with beef tallow and served with curry sauce and ketchup with a hint of spice. Even the side sauces, like the in house mustard sauce, are made in house. The atmosphere and staff are top notch, with service that is fantastic and personable. A waitress once brought the chef out to say hello to a young guest. The April wine dinner was impressive, with every course delicious, especially the pan-seared red snapper over risotto with superb pairings. The restaurant is a great spot for an enjoyable meal.
