Stopped for a lunch just off the interstate. Loved the beers and the food! But Cassie was the icing on the cake. She recommended all great things and gave us a great respite on our work day. We’ll be back!
We previously visited Gilde to celebrate my birthday and my husband proposed to me that night!! The food was fantastic - that night.
We just went there for a late lunch/early dinner and it was absolutely terrible. We shared a burger and the chicken club. I ordered potato wedges for my side... the burger was underdone despite the menu stating that it would be cooked to 165, the chicken was still slightly pink and the wedges were not the ones pictured on their social media...read full review

Gilde Brewery & Restaurant offers good European food choices, with the veal Wiener schnitzel being top notch and the best wheat beer in the world. The prices are the most affordable seen in a long time. The staff is amazing, with Jason the bartender, Greg as an astounding server, Jack the manager, Jasmin serving, her mom in the kitchen, and the Polish American bartender. Elliot provided wonderful, attentive service. The place is very busy and feels like they always need extra staffing. Sitting at the bar for food is much faster. There is plenty of room for big parties and outdoor seating. They have brunch every weekend 10 am-3 pm and are open until midnight, offering fresh meals late at night.
