“We've become big fans for Brewers At 4001 Yancey. Nice food menu and the quality is top notch. A large, diverse selection of beers with options to suit any palate. Most notably, it's evident by the staff that they place a strong emphasis on customer service and experience. Very friendly and always helpful with recommendations. It's a huge space with plenty of room inside and out. Well worth a visit in Charlotte's LoSo neighborhood.“

“Thanks probably one of the nicest breweries in Charlotte. It feels way more than a club or a study than one of those industrial designed breweries. Its truly a third place, but with beer instead of coffee. Great live music event as well . Petty Thieves is one of those places that I would recommend checking out when visiting Charlotte.“

Southern Tier Brewing Company at 4001 Yancey Brewery •
4001 Yancey Rd #1735, Charlotte

“If you have not been to Southern Tier Brewing yet you really should check it out. The seating situation alone is great. You can sit outside, inside, or in this cool in between space where they open up these big doors. They even have a little fenced in dog area which is awesome if you are bringing your pup.
They have a rotating menu and rotating drinks which keeps it fun. And even though it is a brewery they have beer, wine, cocktails, ciders, all of it. I have tried the spirit flight, cocktails, ciders, and honestly have not had a single bad thing yet food or drink wise.
The staff is always friendly and always ready to give you recommendations so ask them, they know their stuff. It can get busy and a little loud at times but even then the service stays great. Overall just good vibes every time I go. Highly recommend.“

Lost Worlds Brewing Charlotte Brewery •
1100 Metropolitan Ave #165, Charlotte

“I’ve been to Lost Worlds Brewery twice so far for my Rotary Leadership Impact meetings, and every time I’m here, the vibe is on point. It’s a great place to chill, relax, and socialize—whether you’re with a group or just hanging out.

Their beer selection is solid. I don’t remember the one I had during my first visit, but this time I tried the Matawil Mexican Lager because I wanted something that tasted close to Modelo—and it delivered! Finished it off with a slice of lime, and it hit just right.

If beer isn’t your thing, no worries—they also serve margaritas, cocktails, and wine, so there’s something for everyone.

The staff is friendly, the environment is laid-back, and they’re pet-friendly, which adds to the relaxing vibe.

Parking isn’t too bad either. There’s a parking garage across the street—if it’s not too packed, avoid the hassle and just go ahead and park on the third or fourth floor. Super convenient!

If you’re in the area looking for a local brewery that’s versatile, social, and easygoing, Lost Worlds is definitely worth checking out.“

Grab a bite to eat from the different rotating food trucks that are parked outside on the premises and wash it down with a nice cold brew 🍺. The owner of AC/BC is a great and proud American Veteran who served his country with honors both in peacetime and in combat. You should come in and buy him a beer for his service. Triple C Brewing Company Brewery • $$
2900 Griffith St, Charlotte

“Hey, Good (People of) Charlotte, you got a great thing here with Triple C, and if you've slept on it, rectify that. There's a not-subtle stoner vibe present, what with the Grateful Dead(ish) logo. Breweries and stoner vibes go well together. See: Ocelot Brewing near Dulles and Widowmaker Brewing up in Braintree, MA. Service is quick and friendly. Beers tried included one of the better Japanese rice lagers out there, Kei Truck, and their Golden Boy blonde ale. The on-site food truck, Izzy's, is absolutely on point.“

“My group and I came down to Charlotte for a Pride bar crawl. The Local was our second stop and easily one of my favorites. Drinks were yummy. Vibes weee good. Cedric, with security, was amazing. It must have been a full moon because there were so many folks out, acting up and being unusually aggressive. Cedric made our whole experience 10x better. I’ve never felt more safe at an Uptown spot. Thank you CEDRIC and The Local for being a fav along the crawl route!!!“

“We had lunch there today for the first time. The service was outstanding. Our server was so friendly and informative about the menu. We sat on the inside but the outdoor patio looked like a great option as well. Everything was very clean. We had the ribeye sandwich and the jalapeño popper bacon grilled cheese sandwich. They were both excellent but… That grilled cheese! If you go there, you’ve got to order that. It was out of this world good and just the right amount of spicy.“
