“Love the CLT Crew! Manager Katy is a BOSS!“
“Great place highly recommend!!“
“One of the gems in the Nodahood. There seems to be always something going on, the bartenders are great and the beers are cheaper then else where. What else can you ask for?“
“Big fan of the Trivia Thursday they have, I never miss a week! Plus, the beer selections are awesome!“
“We got married here about a week ago. The space was simple, beautiful, and elegant. We had great service and everything flowed smoothly thanks to Keo. He also was present and attentive the entire event, we are so grateful for him and the owners for allowing us to celebrate our day at Sugar Creek Brewing Company.“
“This brewery is fantastic! Everyone is so nice, the selection is amazing, the beers are delicious! The back patio is adorable“
“Love the Ginger Ale I bought at Publix in Alabama!“
“Large beer selection. Fun events.“
“Thanks probably one of the nicest breweries in Charlotte. It feels way more than a club or a study than one of those industrial designed breweries. Its truly a third place, but with beer instead of coffee. Great live music event as well . Petty Thieves is one of those places that I would recommend checking out when visiting Charlotte.“
“The vibes here are always so good. The drinks are amazing too but I think it’s just a little bit of the vibe of a lot more than a few of them and the food was good and I was just a bit of an idiot this was a good idea and a good one to start off the week off right in the first week and I hope it goes smoothly.“
“I went with a friend from out of town nice local spot environment“
“If you have not been to Southern Tier Brewing yet you really should check it out. The seating situation alone is great. You can sit outside, inside, or in this cool in between space where they open up these big doors. They even have a little fenced in dog area which is awesome if you are bringing your pup.
They have a rotating menu and rotating drinks which keeps it fun. And even though it is a brewery they have beer, wine, cocktails, ciders, all of it. I have tried the spirit flight, cocktails, ciders, and honestly have not had a single bad thing yet food or drink wise.
The staff is always friendly and always ready to give you recommendations so ask them, they know their stuff. It can get busy and a little loud at times but even then the service stays great. Overall just good vibes every time I go. Highly recommend.“
“I’ve been to Lost Worlds Brewery twice so far for my Rotary Leadership Impact meetings, and every time I’m here, the vibe is on point. It’s a great place to chill, relax, and socialize—whether you’re with a group or just hanging out.
Their beer selection is solid. I don’t remember the one I had during my first visit, but this time I tried the Matawil Mexican Lager because I wanted something that tasted close to Modelo—and it delivered! Finished it off with a slice of lime, and it hit just right.
If beer isn’t your thing, no worries—they also serve margaritas, cocktails, and wine, so there’s something for everyone.
The staff is friendly, the environment is laid-back, and they’re pet-friendly, which adds to the relaxing vibe.
Parking isn’t too bad either. There’s a parking garage across the street—if it’s not too packed, avoid the hassle and just go ahead and park on the third or fourth floor. Super convenient!
If you’re in the area looking for a local brewery that’s versatile, social, and easygoing, Lost Worlds is definitely worth checking out.“
“Great palace hang out and have a beer and food.“
“AC/BC is a great place to get a taste of different types of special brew some beer have a unique German taste. Enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family getting together. Grab a bite to eat from the different rotating food trucks that are parked outside on the premises and wash it down with a nice cold brew 🍺. The owner of AC/BC is a great and proud American Veteran who served his country with honors both in peacetime and in combat. You should come in and buy him a beer for his service. Better yet, come in and support his business and celebrate his commitment to the United States of America.“
“Hey, Good (People of) Charlotte, you got a great thing here with Triple C, and if you've slept on it, rectify that. There's a not-subtle stoner vibe present, what with the Grateful Dead(ish) logo. Breweries and stoner vibes go well together. See: Ocelot Brewing near Dulles and Widowmaker Brewing up in Braintree, MA. Service is quick and friendly. Beers tried included one of the better Japanese rice lagers out there, Kei Truck, and their Golden Boy blonde ale. The on-site food truck, Izzy's, is absolutely on point.“
“Love the art and music events hosted here. Their stage and sound are top notch and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable re:drink selection 🍻“
“We had an amazing networking event last night! The atmosphere at Protagonist was perfect for our event they had a full AV system which was incredibly helpful. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. Our guests had a great time! We’ll definitely be back!“
“Cool spot in Plaza Midwood to grab drinks and food.
Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop bar, a bottle shop, food truck in back, and it’s walkable to lots of other bars and restaurants so you can easily get a change of scenery.
There is also a small parking lot in front of the building with free parking.“
“My Husband and I made the drive down from Burke County to Attend an Oyster Roast and met some really nice folks. Live music was good and even met a few friendly Dogs. We will definitely come back with a few of our Rescued Dogs.“
“Memory is a little fuzzy, hah! Kevin kept us entertained with light conversation and his knowledge. Had their current stout and a lite and crisp IPA. Good stuff. I took a can of their flagship IPA back to my room as well. I recommend swinging by here after a meal.“
“Best brewery in Charlotte, great beers. Seltzers and non alcoholic waters, friendly staff …. Over great people, great experience“
“Great outdoor band box with lawn seating. Bring your kids, your furry kids, a blanket or a chair.“
“We stopped in for midday lunch and everything was great. The fish& chips was perfectly fried, not too heavy and the fish was fresh. Beer cheese nachos and chicken artichoke flatbread were good too. We enjoyed a beer flight too.“

“Stopped for a lunch just off the interstate. Loved the beers and the food! But Cassie was the icing on the cake. She recommended all great things and gave us a great respite on our work day. We’ll be back!“
“Very cool place to hang out. Right on a light rail stop also.“
“Morally bankrupt and disloyal to employees. Will never be back. It might as well just be another condo.“

“My group and I came down to Charlotte for a Pride bar crawl. The Local was our second stop and easily one of my favorites. Drinks were yummy. Vibes weee good. Cedric, with security, was amazing. It must have been a full moon because there were so many folks out, acting up and being unusually aggressive. Cedric made our whole experience 10x better. I’ve never felt more safe at an Uptown spot. Thank you CEDRIC and The Local for being a fav along the crawl route!!!“

“I like the environment and the vibe!“
“We had lunch there today for the first time. The service was outstanding. Our server was so friendly and informative about the menu. We sat on the inside but the outdoor patio looked like a great option as well. Everything was very clean. We had the ribeye sandwich and the jalapeño popper bacon grilled cheese sandwich. They were both excellent but… That grilled cheese! If you go there, you’ve got to order that. It was out of this world good and just the right amount of spicy.“

“Sadly, the pretzel was OVERly salty.“
“Great great selection of microbrew beers....Not much of a bar area though.... but adequate tables and chairs in the downstairs bar area. No soft drinks served at the bar. I think people were going upstairs to order food, you can't order food from the bar either.“

“We've become big fans for Brewers At 4001 Yancey. Nice food menu and the quality is top notch. A large, diverse selection of beers with options to suit any palate. Most notably, it's evident by the staff that they place a strong emphasis on customer service and experience. Very friendly and always helpful with recommendations. It's a huge space with plenty of room inside and out. Well worth a visit in Charlotte's LoSo neighborhood.“
