Big fan of the Trivia Thursday they have, I never miss a week! Plus, the beer selections are awesome!
I thought the beer was very good. My wife absolutely loves some of the beer here and has had some of her favorites from here!
Pilot Brewing is - in my humble beer loving opinion - the best brewery in Charlotte. The Pub Ale and the Cafe Latte stouts are phenomenal, and I enjoy fresh beer fridays. I love $3 goblet Wednesdays, I have brought all of my closest friends and family there to enjoy flights, and have bought several kegs to celebrate my college graduation and other life milestones. Pilot Brewing is the best brewery in Charlotte. The beer selection is solid. The Pub Ale and the Cafe Latte stouts are phenomenal. The Snowbird IPA (Belgian Yeast) was pretty amazing, super fresh, and tasty. The ambiance is straight forward with an eclectic taste that works towards comfort and warmth. The customer service is 5 star. The employees are all knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to truly love their job. Dana is AMAZING and made visits such a pleasure. The events are awesome, especially the annual Mac N' Cheese competition every June. Specials are great, including $3 goblet Wednesdays and fresh beer fridays. People have brought friends and family for flights and bought kegs to celebrate life milestones. The brewery is great for a casual drink or a small gathering. One group reserved part of the indoor space for a baby shower and found the staff incredibly communicative and friendly, with reasonable rules about decorations. Guests have enjoyed the colab with Burial beer. This place is a gem that keeps pulling people back in.
