“I’ve experienced how wonderful Hawaii’s shaved ice is and never thought I’d be able to find Anything close here on the mainland. Boy was I wrong! Pelicans has the absolute best. Best shaved eyes next to Hawaii of course that I have ever experienced so much variety and so many unique flavors and combinations kids love it. I’m 50 and I absolutely love it kid at hard. I guess you could say but it’s great for all ages.“

“Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. If the situation is not addressed, I will be calling the health department on this location.“

“You can never go wrong with a snoball from Pelicans! This location has easy access and a good amount of seating compared to some other locations. You can always look forward to a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff here are friendly and work pretty quickly even when it's a lot of customers.“

“Glad they offer oat based alternatives now like huntersville ice cream shop, but they use the same scoops and wash bin for the oat and dairy based products which does cause cross contamination which should be fairly important to separate especially for allergy sensitive people.“

“This place is so cute! We moved recently and have been trying to find a good ice cream spot. Met both owners, who are kind as can be! She told us all the cakes are made in house and I went with a triple chocolate cake sundae, that DIDNT disappoint. 100% best Ice cream in the area. Even had ice cream sundaes for my dogs.
