“Pure Americana the place has existed for decades and it still looks like it did decades ago. It is race friendly, and family-friendly.
They have of course ice cream they also have American favorites such as hot dogs hamburgers french fries etc. and of course they have soft drinks and sweet tea served with crushed ice. It is on a main road in a heavily traveled section of Gastonia.
I was blessed to be with an an old classmate of mine who told me about the place and we went there for dinner.
Sometimes it's very crowded according to him . We got there just before it got very crowded.
Lots of senior citizens as well as families with children. There were of course office workers etc from I'm assuming nearby offices. Dress is casual to high class, very relaxing atmosphere.
And lots and lots of vintage equipment and vintage seating.
If you want to see what times were like back in the day you will want to come check it out.
