Did try a small amount of the minions special of bannana and cotton candy and it was delicious! Wish I could have eaten more but it was dairy.

“Last night I took my son to the Ben and Jerry’s location in Charlotte NC and Owen helped us. He was so kind and helpful. We chatted just a bit as we were the only people in the store at that time. He was personable, pleasant and the ice cream was delicious as always. Definitely wanted to give him props for great customer service.“

“I’ve only ever had it delivered so I’m not sure about the in house service or the atmosphere. Delivery is quick so the service must be amazing as is everything that I’ve had so far. My favorite being the bottom of the cereal bowl (fruity pebbles) milkshake. Another fave of mine is the dirt milkshake which is delicious chocolate pudding ice cream topped with cute and fun gummy worms! The banana pudding ice cream is to die for and don’t get me started on the Shabooya Brownie milkshake!
As compared to other places with milkshakes pricewise, it does not break the bank. They’re very much worth the price which is not that high considering. I won’t be grabbing another regular fast food chain milkshake. Only the Ninety’s for me please!“

“I am leaving this review for management. The woman working today, Tuesday afternoon, March 26 was exceptional. She was helpful, friendly, and was working the entire time. There were lots of people in at the same time. In the 10 minutes I Sat there she did about 10 different things. I thought that she might be an owner because she really seemed to care about every detail and never stopped cleaning up, sweeping, etc. etc. I rarely see people in food service work like that anymore. The store was spotless ...it's easy to see why.“

“I took my grandson to this business a couple of days ago. He went into the establishment and got a cup and brought it to me first. The young lady that worked there thought that was so nice. He got a lot of gummy worms, gummy figures. There is a restaurant in that strip section but they had two men directing traffic, had to park on the side of wall. The only downside is that the popularity of this place can lead to lines, especially at peak times. Also, as someone with lactose intolerance, I find the dairy-free selection a bit limited. While the two existing dairy-free flavors are tasty, having more options, like a classic strawberry or vanilla, would be fantastic!“
