Many flavors of gelato to choose from and some seasonal flavors too.
They had a green apple lemonade slushie that was really good - specially in the Charlotte heat!
Ample parking nearby (first three hours are free which I’m sure will change as the place gets more and more popular)“

“Best ice cream chain in the US. I have been to multiple locations and they always deliver the same quality and taste. Nothing comes close. I love how they mix in all the toppings with big spoons.
I always get the oreo overload and substitute oreos for a brownie. They have the best brownies.
I bet their ice cream cakes are really good too but I haven't got the chance to try them yet. The cales come in multiple sizes and only some stores carry the smallest size that is good for 2-4 people“

2. Vanilla
3. Salted Brown Butter Cookie
4. Pralines & Cream (when they have it)

The lids are marked with what's inside and everything is packed well.

They make sure to give me my military discount.

I can't speak to the cakes, shakes or anything else as I've not tried them; because my order is the same with every visit.

I tip the workers for their time, hard work (filling that many quarts is time consuming), and attention to detail.

The building and sign are next level at this location it’s a stand along retail spot that looks like it embodies & curates the best of ice cream. It literally beckons you from across the street at the shake shack. Making our way across the vibrant area street on National Ice Cream day nonetheless, you could smell the homemade waffle cones being made and cooked. The smell amplifies once you open the door and see them making a fresh waffle cones right in front of you. With lots of fresh and delicious looking flavors it was hard to resist the goat cheese and red cherries in a fresh waffle cones! Rich ice cream with a slight goat cheese tang were perfectly paired! Enjoyed every bite! 10 out of 10. The customer service was also spot on with plenty of samples, smiles and great attitudes…extremely refreshing!!“
