Cold Stone Creamery is a favorite place for ice cream, with a clean and neat environment. The staff is great, offering good quality and lots of variety, though it is a bit pricey. A popular dish is the Oreo overload. However, new hires are not trained well, leading to a poor experience with a confused employee who took 15 minutes at the point of sale system. The ice cream melted while waiting, with no apology or remake offered. Despite this, the ice cream is considered the best, much better than places like Brusters, and a location in Monroe NC is desired.
