Memphis was our ice cream maker and was a delight! Friendly with a great smile.
Good customer service from workers- Tvisha, Chadi, megha. Ice cream was also very delicious!
Best ice cream chain in the US. I have been to multiple locations and they always deliver the same quality and taste. Nothing comes close. I love how they mix in all the toppings with big spoons.
I always get the oreo overload and substitute oreos for a brownie. They have the best brownies.
I bet their ice cream cakes are really good too but I haven't got the chance to try them yet. The cales come in multiple sizes and only some stores carry the smallest size that is good...read full review

Cold Stone Creamery is a favorite place for ice cream, with a clean and neat environment. The staff is great, offering good quality and lots of variety, though it is a bit pricey. A popular dish is the Oreo overload. However, new hires are not trained well, leading to a poor experience with a confused employee who took 15 minutes at the point of sale system. The ice cream melted while waiting, with no apology or remake offered. Despite this, the ice cream is considered the best, much better than places like Brusters, and a location in Monroe NC is desired.
