On March 12, I went and picked up an ice cream cake that I ordered online. Had zero issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake came out wonderfully and they were the only one in Charlotte at the time that had World Class Chocolate ice cream. I’m not sure why that’s the case, but this location came through. Our kids play sports on the weekends at Elon park, they also attend martial art lessons next door to this location which makes it very convenient for us to drop off for an ice cream/donut as a once in a while tread for finishing up the season well. They got lots of ice cream flavors to choose from and lots of different donuts my kids enjoy, they are opened early which is very convenientVegetarian options: Donuts, ice cream, sandwiches

As much as I love Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts...and would love to give them a 5 star rating, the quality and cleanliness of this store is not what I would have expected. As a former Baskin-Robbins employee, it disgusted me how they took care of their ice cream. It seems a lack of awareness and attention to detail (seriously, you don't duck tape wallpaper). I hope to come back after the fix some of these items.
