On March 12, I went and picked up an ice cream cake that I ordered online. Had zero issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake came out wonderfully and they were the only one in Charlotte at the time that had World Class Chocolate ice cream. I’m not sure why that’s the case, but this location came through. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that older reviews appear to be when it was under prior ownership that was a hot mess and to blame, Now things were as I would’ve hoped - quick, efficient and friendly.

Our kids play sports on the weekends at Elon park, they also attend martial art lessons next door to this location which makes it very convenient for us to drop off for an ice cream/donut as a once in a while tread for finishing up the season well. They got lots of ice cream flavors to choose from and lots of different donuts my kids enjoy, they are opened early which is very convenientVegetarian options: Donuts, ice cream, sandwiches

3 days in a row that they have no banana split because they are out of bananas? Harris Teeter is less than a mile and so is Publix. At this point I think is just the employees not wanting to be bothered.

This morning, I walked in, looked in the donut cabinet and went to wait for service at the cashier's. Not one of the 3-4 teen workers greeted me, in fact, one boy walked right pass while talking. I walked put. While walking out, I looked back to see one girl looking at me. I said, it was as if I wasn't even here. I wonder why. I am African American but I cant believe they would not service me. I won't be back. Yes, i live in the community.

Order was terrible- missing items and the banana split was 3 scoops of ice cream, no toppings and NO BANANA what in the world... have some pride in your location, this is a disgrace.

I have lived in Ballantyne for 2 years. Lisa is the store manager. Lisa is always in a bad mood. Lisa has been in a bad mood for two years. She is rude and doesn’t need to work in customer service. Whoever is Lisa’s boss needs to be aware of this. Do not be like Lisa.

I agree with all bad reviews on here..didn't see them on time, and it was too late. Stopped in today as I really wanted ice cream. The place looks completely dilapidated, and they put some sort of sheet over the ice creams they didn't have. Looked really ghetto. Freezer burn around ice cream bins and place was not clean. Staff all young teenagers. Should've not bought something and listened to my gut feeling.Got a cone with one scoop, and I am now home sick to my stomach. I am gonna call the Health Authorities tomorrow. This place needs to be shut down! Completely unhygienic and mismanaged. Plus expensive. Almost 4 bucks for one scoop.

MOLD! everywhere and on everything. Didn't even come for ice cream we came for a bagel and coffee, which was definitely a mistake because we were sick after eating here. Not only is the place filthy as can be, you can barely drink the coffee without the overwhelming presents of sugar crystals in there, if i wanted to drink sand I would have a toddler at the beach make me a latte.

Worst DD/Baskin Robbins location I have ever been to. They don't even deserve 1 star but you have to put 1 or will not accept post. 6 people there and one working. Place was filthy.....floor, walls, counters and tables. Staff was rude and all looked to be very young. Asked about manager and responded no manager on duty. Definitely needs to be a manager at all times. We had to tell them 4 times what flavors of ice cream we wanted. Employee named Amelia was very rude and rolled her eyes after we ordered. These teenagers need to be managed and coached on customer service. Go to work somewhere you don't have to deal with the public if you can't treat customers appropriately.
