The building and sign are next level at this location it’s a stand along retail spot that looks like it embodies & curates the best of ice cream. It literally beckons you from across the street at the shake shack. Making our way across the vibrant area street on National Ice Cream day nonetheless, you could smell the homemade waffle cones being made and cooked. The smell amplifies once you open the door and see them making a fresh waffle cones right in front of you. With lots of fresh and delicious looking flavors it was hard to resist the goat cheese and red cherries in a fresh waffle cones! Rich ice cream with a slight goat cheese tang were perfectly paired! Enjoyed every bite! 10 out of 10. The customer service was also spot on with plenty of samples, smiles and great attitudes…extremely refreshing!!“

I come quite often and each time I'm treated well.

I always get a quart of:
1. Butter Pecan
2. Vanilla
3. Salted Brown Butter Cookie
4. Pralines & Cream (when they have it)

The lids are marked with what's inside and everything is packed well.

They make sure to give me my military discount.

I can't speak to the cakes, shakes or anything else as I've not tried them; because my order is the same with every visit.

I tip the workers for their time, hard work (filling that many quarts is time consuming), and attention to detail.

“I went to Cold Stone Creamery on my birthday with someone special, and it made the experience even sweeter! 🥰🍦 I had such a great time. Apparently, I eat my ice cream VERY slowly because I like to savor every bite, while the person I was with was basically finished in one big gulp. 😂
My combination was Oreo, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and butter pecan because I’m a little old-school with my flavors, and I LOVE IT! 😂 It was creamy, soothing, delicious, and exactly what I wanted for my birthday treat.

“I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“
