Best shaved eyes next to Hawaii of course that I have ever experienced so much variety and so many unique flavors and combinations kids love it. I’m 50 and I absolutely love it kid at hard. I guess you could say but it’s great for all ages.“

“The Strawberry Matcha was so good! I can almost never finish ice cream because of how sugary it is, but this wasn't overly sugary. It was so so good. My husband had the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle and loved it. His had more sugar but was also quite good. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had before!“

“It was great! My first experience was awesome and the manager was so nice. I went a little overboard on the yogurt but it tasted phenomenal and the toppings went well with it. “The perfect texture. Great size and value. Great flavor and lots of syrup! Fine like snow and melts into your mouth, not chunks of ice you have to roughly chew through. Better than snow cones. They have a bunch of flavors available on their menu which include some that are dye-free and others that are sugar-free. We came shortly before 5pm, at first we were the only ones there but within minutes more and more customers kept coming.“

“This Cold Stone location in Fort Mill is much better than the Rivergate location in Steele Creek. I'm a little closer to the Rivergate location, but this one is worth it coming the little extra way.

Each time I've ordered, whether online or in person has been a great experience. One time recently, I tried ordering online, and it would not let me use my coupon - kept saying I needed to add valid items to my cart. I would add different items, and still nothing would work. I went inside and explained the situation. They tried to do the order in the system first before making my order to see if it would work. They had no issues applying the coupon that was on my account to what I wanted to order. Allison J. was on the receipt that time, which appears to be a manager based on other reviews. She is excellent - friendly and helpful!

I do hope they bring back the Don't lay a finger on my Butterfinger creation because it was very good - peanut butter ice cream with Butterfingers, caramel, and chocolate. Yum!“

“We came in with 3 kids today for lunch! The cashier (didn’t catch her name) with the black eyeglasses and her hair in a ponytail was the sweetest most patient and understanding person ever. She was so sweet about the kids dropping food and was just so understanding. Our meal was very good - cooks were very sweet too!
