My husband and I decided to take a walk on the Riverwalk Trail along the scenic Catawba River near the Pump House when we discovered Inside Scoop Creamery!
From the moment we walked in, the owner (Adriana) treated us like family!
They had the most amazing selection of rich, creamy ice cream selections you could imagine!
Creamy vanilla ice cream topped with warm apples, rich caramel, and crunchy graham crackers with a dusting of edible gold for a touch of magic!
