TC's is always a vibe! I come here and let the kids run around in the shaded field behind the store, while they enjoy some of the cutest kid's sundaes that I've ever seen, and we swing on the bench swing together! The food is quite delicious as well.
Ice cream is good but $1 to add sprinkles (or any topping) is a little steep!Picnic tables, swings and area as a whole is run down and dilapidated.Don't waste your money ordering food. Shaved ice and ice cream are the only things that are good.
