I’m incredibly appalled and saddened to share that a colleague-a kind and hardworking professional—was refused service at this establishment based solely on the color of her skin.
Not only was she denied service, but she was also spoken to with clear disrespect and hostility. Staff was extremely rude to my teenage daughter when she asked for allergen clarification. It takes no time at all to just be kind as you answer questions for folks that have anaphylaxis concerns.
We love the concretes at PW’s. Fast and good service, delicious ice cream!
