Cookies N Creme in Denver, NC is a popular local spot known for its rich and smooth ice cream flavors, especially the signature cookies and cream with generous cookie chunks. The shop offers a variety of options, including soft serve, hand-dipped scoops, and specialty creations with endless toppings to customize each treat. Customers often praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly highlighting employee Morgan for her kindness, good recommendations, and great service. Many reviews mention that Morgan makes the experience special with her positive attitude and attention to detail. The atmosphere is described as somewhat dull, and some concerns are raised about ingredient quality, such as old chocolate chips that haven't been replaced in a long time. The shop has recently added oat-based alternatives, but cross contamination concerns exist due to shared equipment. Overall, Cookies N Creme is seen as a warm community spot with delicious ice cream and dedicated staff, making it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike.
