“I sat down to eat here today and Ians work ethic is beyond exceptional. He has worked hard and talked to every single person and made sure they are okay. You don’t see that often.

I drive here from crowders mountain to come here. This place always has my grilled chicken sandwich hot and everything is always correct. Today Momo was exceptional in her customer service and really made my day. Thank you for the kindness always :)“

“The Bo Rounds are not very warm. I've complained two different visits and they did give me hot ones. Also have gotten doughy (not done) biscuits twice. Today I complained and received a fresh biscuit which was completely baked. So lessons learned for this Bojangles, if you're not satisfied with the quality of your selection, be sure to take them back and they will replace them.“

“I’ve been giving Arby’s another chance lately because I feel they’ve upgraded their service and fresh food and this store is no exception. The drive thru was amazing with friendly service. “I absolutely love this place, The food is great. The Customer Service is awesome, My kids are picky eaters so I have to customize their food all the time. They actually label my kids food, Yes, it’s a small things that count. It saves me the hassle of trying to determine which Food belongs to which kid. I actually Prefer To drive to this location 10 minutes down the road then go to my local Taco Bell, which is like 30 seconds from me. Because my local Taco Bell was terrible.“

“When entering the store to pick up my carry-out order I was greeted almost immediately by staff. I was not asked if I wanted to purchase any dipping cups in assuming since I placed my order online. We have ordered from this location over the past year and haven't had any issues with our order. Thanks for the good food and great service.“
