The Bo Rounds are not very warm. I've complained two different visits and they did give me hot ones. Also have gotten doughy (not done) biscuits twice. Today I complained and received a fresh biscuit which was completely baked. So lessons learned for this Bojangles, if you're not satisfied with the quality of your selection, be sure to take them back and they will replace them.
