This place is EXCELLENT, so excellent that I drive all the way from Charlotte to eat here. The manager and people are always friendly and warm and hospitable. They make you feel like you're living in the good old days when people cared about people. If I could give them 10 stars I would do it. I even checked around to other McDonalds and this one has the highest and BEST ratings all over Charlotte, Gastonia, Belmont and maybe even in North Carolina. Thank you for excellent service...read full review

McDonald's is a restaurant with a clean interior, where both dine-in and drive-through services are available. The menu includes a fish sandwich, fries, and tea. The fish sandwich is described as having a small fish patty, American cheese, and a tasty bun. However, the price and size of the sandwich were not found to be impressive. The fries and tea received positive feedback. The dine-in experience involves ordering from a computer kiosk, with the option of receiving assistance from attentive and helpful staff. This location stands out for its friendly and sweet employees, providing an above-average customer service experience. It is a pleasure to eat here, as many customers have reported good service and quality food. The restaurant has several booths right next to the play place, allowing parents to watch their kids. However, some customers noted the absence of diaper changing tables, which was surprising for a location with a play place. Although some have mentioned a decline in quality and an increase in prices over the years, the restaurant occasionally hosts birthday parties, which can lead to a noisy environment with young children. McDonald's offers value deals, such as the 2 for $3.49 deal, which are considered to taste the best.
