I visit station several times a week and typically get a grilled chicken salad. Everyone is always friendly and makes sure they have speedy yet professional service.
Yes and no, if the manger “Dre” (the one with the gold cross earring in along with “AirPods” in his ear) is there I immediately wanna walk out! He is rude as can be! He has ZERO customer service, he has ZERO respect! He can’t even greet customers and does NOT ask what would you like or what can I get you.. he says WHAT DO YOU WANT…

I politely asked the manager (her tag said ‘manager’) to pull her mask above her nose. She just stared at me. Then she turned away. I said, ‘please’. She pulled her mask up briefly but very quickly let it fall well below her nose without repositioning it. I was polite and just kept a distance till my order was ready.
