The online ordering system is awful. At first it's pretty cool - I called the phone # and got a recorded message that I'd get a link to order online. I would rather order online thru Google like every other restaurant that has seemed to figure this out, but I'll settle for the link, since this restaurant seems to want to do it in this weird clunky fashion.I was able to create my sandwich order but the payment just would not go through. I'm using Google Pay w/ a card I use all the time. No matter what I did, it wouldn't work.So then I call again, and get the same recorded message that I'd get a link, and if I needed additional help, just call back. When you call back, you're just going to get the same message again...so if you hang on and suffer through it, eventually they'll tell you to hit #2 if you want to speak to a human. So I hit #2 and……I get a voice recording to leave a message and they'll get back to me. Um, what? Is this place actively trying to make it harder to order anything?So I just found a Jersey Mike's location and ordered through my app and used the same card and no problem. Easy peasy.

Don't know what it is about this place ... bread not fancy and "just" your regular toppings but it is THE best sanwhich and the freshest toppings. Whenever we are in the area, we make it a point to stop for one. This time stopped twice. We get the #19 large, all the way, plus a few extras, and split it.
Very friendly service and a great sandwich! Can't beat it. Ask for the Belmont Italian!

I visited this sub place for first since my surgery explained to the lady what I could and couldn't eat she was very polite and helpful even though I could only eat a kids sub it was very delicious I also purchased 2 more full size subs for my mother and man and they loved them those 3 lady's have great customer service and deserve a raise
