This was by far one of the best locations in a 10-mile radius because of customer service and we frequent this one a lot. Unfortunately, the closing team has changed and detracts from the entire experience.The tragedy is that there is a complete difference between day shift and night shift, like most places. So I love Jimmy John’s. But in the fort mill area it’s been really hard to find one that makes good sandwiches at the quality you’d expect from JJs. This location was the exception. But the last couple times I’ve been there they have been very inconsistent. Today was exceptionally bad. It was the quality you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Finding a good Jimmy John’s in the area is way more difficult than I would have expected. I used to order from here a lot when I worked closer and it was always good. The customer service was just terrible. They have started locking their back door when it gets dark, but there isn’t a sign to indicate that.
