Purchase fresh. Freeze. Thaw - then heat is a covered skillet with a drop of water, uncover to crisp the crust - perfection. You’d swear it was fresh. Try it.

I like the crust. It's unique, crisp, light and sturdy. Takes on a whole new meaning to crisp. Now, this crust isn't your traditional doughy bite; its kinda like Cheeze IT Snap'd crackers with a crunchy bite. The toppings really shine through as the pies are loaded with protien. My only disappointed was the limited amount of sauce or flavor. I could tell if it was due to the amount or lack of flavor. Either way, it was a good take on a pie.
