20230906: Wednesday night is the one day Trio serves prime rib. It's nice to see you can order it rare. Key lime pie has recently replaced the bread pudding. Came here for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint! We called in advance to see if they could.seat a part of 9, and they said no problem. We arrived and were seated immediately. Our waitress Han was exceptional! She took all of our orders without writing it down and did not get an order wrong. The food was delicious! We ordered the calamari and it was delicious! Best place on 51 in S Charlotte hands down. Great value, great food, excellent service. Specials monthly/seasonally are always wonderful -- the owner is usually on site, at lunch anyway. Enjoy this long-time favorite.
