20230906: Wednesday night is the one day Trio serves prime rib. It's nice to see you can order it rare. Key lime pie has recently replaced the bread pudding. Why not both?20220829 update: We've been back a few times since the post below. The food is consistently good, and we particularly like the chicken pecata.My wife and I had a great experience. Everything was fantastic. shared warm, home-made potato chips with blue cheese; she had the house salad and I had a Caesar; she had the meatloaf and we the salmon with asparagus and cauliflower purée, and we shared the bread pudding on cream anglaise. Our waitress, Angela, was also great. We're new to Charlotte, having been here about a year, and we love the restaurant scene. This is our new favorite place, being high quality and in a wonderful location.Parking: Parking in front, side, and spill over in evening at the neighboring paint store.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, including kids, with kid-friendly food, like cheese pizza. Not Chuckee Cheese - so not a place for kiddy birthday parties.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp curb at front door, Wide double doors. Seating on ground level.

I have come to trios for YEARS now, as my parents had their wedding rehearsal dinner here years ago.We came to get some brunch with friends and our waitress was awful. She had an attitude the whole time after forgetting straws, dressing and bread that we asked for as was part of our meal. She blamed the issues on other people rather than herself. We had to ask multiple times for things and seemed very annoyed we were asking such things. I love Trios but Christine the waitress needs to find a new job and an attitude adjustment!

Came here for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint! We called in advance to see if they could.seat a part of 9, and they said no problem. We arrived and were seated immediately. Our waitress Han was exceptional! She took all of our orders without writing it down and did not get an order wrong. The food was delicious! We ordered the calamari and it was delicious! We also ordered various dishes from hamburgers to meat loaf, pasta, steak, etc...it was all delicious, to say the least. No complaints at all. The food came out in a timely manner, and our waitress was very attentive. This is a great location off Pineville matthews rd. Plenty of parking available and seating also. Definetly will be back.
