Chose this subway being closer to me, but the last few times I have come here, the dining room and behind the counter needs cleaning. I realize they cannot get people to work, but the ones working should attempt to keep the area cleaner when there are no customers. They have a 96 rating which I don’t know how. I had sent someone to pick up my order which was supposed to be two 12-inch Philly cheesesteak subs. When I got my subs they were just plain to steak stubs nothing on it, not what I ordered. It took me about 9 times to get someone to answer the phone and to remake my order. The person I spoke with on the phone was absolutely rude and wasn't going to remake my subs because I didn't have the original ones that they made wrong.
