“I ordered two subs off the subway app on my way home. While the food was fresh and tasted good, the service could have been a little better. I had to wait behind customers that were inside ordering as well as customers in the drive thru. I don’t mind waiting as I have worked in restaurants before, but I assumed the point of the app was to already have the order ready upon pickup. It wasn’t an egregious amount of time but I would have been served faster had I just went in.“

“I recently stopped at this location after picking up some items from the Amazon warehouse nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any weight and I was greeted the moment I walked in. The cashier I spoke with was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of the new menu items and was able to make some good suggestions. The quality of the food was excellent and better than I normally experience at other subways.

When I went to pay for my sandwich the gentleman that processed the transaction did so quickly and smoothly. I was happy with everything that I experienced while visiting and will definitely stop back in the future.“

“Was going to get a sub but after seeing the food station look messy food dtoppings, smudged condiments, I thought, this is not me. However, I had a bag of their "Love" branded kettle cooked plain chips, which I drove away regretting we didnt get 2 bags. Lastly, Did yall know they have shower bays? Not really sure where they are situated but somewhere away from all the food. I was definitely blown away and fasinated by the practical concept-considering its a trucking rest stop. Apparently, you take a ticket and they call your number when your shower bay is ready. Brilliant design concept! A+ for the designer because thats what we do...enhance lives!“

“The people there are so helpful and nice and listen to my kids. I tell them I need a foot long BMT and that my kids definitely know what they want And the employees listen to them treat them like human beings and say hello and goodbye I can't ask for more.“
