Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular spot known for its fresh and delicious subs, especially the rolls that taste like Jersey hoagies. Customers appreciate that the food is made according to their order, and some mention that the subs, such as the hoagies, taste just like those from NJ. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, with some employees going above and beyond, like thoroughly cleaning surfaces for gluten-free orders or offering to clean tables. The atmosphere is often described as spotless and welcoming. However, service speed can be an issue, with some customers experiencing long wait times, especially when ordering via mobile, and frustration over poor customer service when phone inquiries go unanswered. One positive note highlights a friendly employee named Will, whose personality encourages repeat visits. On the downside, some find the prices to be very high, feeling that the cost outweighs the experience compared to dining at a restaurant. Overall, Jersey Mike's is loved for its good subs and friendly service, despite occasional delays and pricing concerns.
