Incredible Customer Service. With three other places to get pizza in KM, this place has the most personable staff.
Kind, patient, courteous, respectful. They had gotten my order wrong and went way out of their way to make it right. The error was so small that I may have never noticed.
As long as food is good, I will always support a biz with this kind of quality performance and heart.

We ordered two medium pizzas and they got them ready extremely quick. Will definitely be coming back.

Papa Johns Pizza is a great place with delicious food served hot and quickly. The manager, Jarrett, is good at understanding and fixing customer concerns. The new night manager, Drew, works hard to make sure customers are happy, even staying open after closing time. Although there was a small problem with a missing delivery driver, the staff handled it with embarrassment and apologized a lot, offering discounts for the inconvenience. Customers appreciated this gesture and gave good tips. The staff works hard to serve the community, and their efforts are noticed and valued. The delivery driver, Dave, is very friendly and always on time, and the staff members, including Keyonta Wallace, are kind and helpful. They enjoy their work and treat customers well, making this location a recommended place for pizza.
