The new night manager, Drew, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even staying open after closing time. Despite a small issue with a missing delivery driver, the staff handled the situation with embarrassment and extreme apologetic, offering discounts for the inconvenience. This gesture was appreciated, and a good tip was given in return. The staff works hard to serve the community, and their efforts are recognized and valued by customers.
