“I have been to Crave 3 times now and have enjoyed it everytime! What a great staff that is there to make your experience great. The first two times I was there I ordered the Beef BBQ Brisket Plate and it was outstanding! We live in Pork Barbeque land what a a great offering for a change of pace. I tend to order the same thing when I find something good, but the third visit I decided to try the Hot Dogs. I got the Chicago Dog and was so surprised in the size of the dog! Really tasty! So now I have a problem of what to order. Guess I'll have to try everything now! Thanks Chris for bringing this to Kings Mountain!“

“Best customer service and food that I have had from KFC. I stopped going years ago but decided to see if things have changed. I waited 2nd in line. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I drove the 10 minutes home and to my surprise the food was hot, the biscuits were delicious and the macaroni chesseyyyyy!“

“This review isn't for the food or atmosphere, it's for the manager on duty right now. I didn't get his name but he's a really good manager. I placed an order on their app and they were out of some things I ordered. My kids were there trying to pick it up. So I called them and he offered to refund my order and still make it and give me what I want but I declined and told him what I want since they were out of the other stuff, and he went above and beyond what I asked for. I'm positive my food will be delicious just by my interaction with the manager. This is rare in fastfood nowadays.“

“We went by today (during the ice/snow storm) and whoever cooked our pizza did an amazing job! They weren't overcooked and had the perfect amount of sauce. I am also thoroughly impressed that they were out delivering pizzas in the snow/ice.“

“I love Pizza Hut. I decided to get Pizza Hut from the Bessemer city, NC location. I drove to pick up my pizzas, but the guy had forgotten some pizza items, and I did not get my marinara sauce and had to return back and get it. I wanted a cookie but he wanted me to come inside to pay, but I asked if he could charge it on my credit card, but he told me he didn't know how to do it. So I got the items I paid for and left because I injured my leg and informed at first that I had to do curbside.“
