“For me which was the best part of everything of the meal was when I walked through the door and the guy at the cash register that particular day he was very polite really nice made you feel comfortable and gave you ideas that could go with your mail I know it's KFC but sometimes the little things is what makes an experience great I wish that I would have gotten his name but he made my meal better place was clean I didn't use the restrooms and as I said the service was marvelous“
“After a 2 hour wait, no pizza, being told it was finally on the way & then 10 minutes later our order was canceled.... I wouldn't recommend Papa John's or any other business to anyone that basically forgot about an order, lied & then canceled the order.“
“Me and my wife visited this location for lunch. The employees (Johnny and Darryl) greeted is when we came in with a big smile on their face. They were exuberantly cheerful. You could just tell they were happy to be there, and even happier to see us come in. I want to recognize these young men for his outstanding customer service. They were managing the entire store between the two of them. With exceptional attitudes. They truly made us feel welcomed. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks again Johnny and Darryl.“
“Some locations are very slow, which I assume is because they try to serve the food fresh. This location was quick & the food still tasted fresh too. Maybe I arrived at a time when they were busy enough that they could keep food cooked in advance without it tasting stale.“
“I recently purchased a Large Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza, and a Large Baked Ziti with Meat sauce. Cheese bread and Garlic Bread . This was the best Pizza We have eaten in a long time. “I took photos of our pizza because it was so different. The pepperoni was toward the center with a huge edge of crust (way more crust than usual). Was not consistent with usual pepperoni lovers pizza we order. Did not seem the usual amount of pepperoni - and was all placed toward the center. The taste was great though!“
“Very helpful. Tried hard to keep up with the crowd demand. Just came out of a storm and was up and ready for all the hungry customers who came because they had no power for dinner. Awesome crew. I had chicken strips, and they were hot and fresh.“
“Top notch! So delicious. I was passing through on our way home from the Charlotte airport. We stopped here bc it was take out only and my husband was feeling a little under the weather. He waited in the car, as I went in and ordered. The lady working was very friendly. She was also very helpful, explaining the foods that they had. I asked her for her recommendations. She was very detailed. I appreciated that. We got the flounder and fan tail shrimp combo dinner. She was kind enough to give me a plate to go. She knew I was sharing. We took it across the street and ate outside at Ingles at the outdoor tables. The food was hot, seasoned well and in abundance. Not only did it feed both of us, but there is enough leftover for another meal tomorrow. I would 100% revisit and recommend.“
