“We just stopped in for an afternoon visit. The burger made to order, adding just the items that we liked.....The onion rings were fantastic! The food and the customer service was great,,,,,,it is always nice to see a smile when visiting“

“Went to zaxbys tonight, when I got my food my wings were pretty hard so I went upfront and no one upfront acknowledged after making eye contact with me then an employee named Keilan came upfront to help me, he immediately said they’d remake my food fresh and was super kind. He made sure to give good customer service. I want to shout him out just becuase he seemed like the only employee there that was taking his job serious helping customers and cleaning around. I will say he is a hard worker! He definitely deserves some praise 🙏“

“My favorite location! Angel is an angel when it comes to customer service. He is always so nice and helpful. If it's not too busy he will bring your order to the car for you. Plus, the food is amazing at this location. It's always hot, always fresh, and I've only ever had a mix-up once, and it was taken care of quickly.“
